If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding an alternative product or applicable refund.

The applicable price is generally the price displayed when your order is successfully placed.

6. Pricing Errors

If a genuine pricing or product-information error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

If your package arrives damaged, opened, leaking, punctured or visibly tampered with, please take photographs or video evidence and contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, you may be advised to refuse delivery.

Because our products are food products, opened, used or partially consumed products may generally not be eligible for return.

Eligible cases such as damaged, incorrect, missing, tampered or verified quality-related products will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

14. Order Cancellation

Cancellation may be possible before an order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Orders that have already been delivered will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
